Frank E. Mackle IV comes from a family with deep roots in the history of Florida Construction and Land Development dating back over 100 years. Frank’s great grandfather was an Atlanta based a general contractor building in Jacksonville as early as 1908. In the 1950s, thru the early 90s, his family was responsible for the development of more than 20 communities throughout the state.   The “Mackle Brothers” as they were known, either on their own or through the public companies they started, General Development and later the Deltona Corporation, developed entire communities such as  Key Biscayne, Port Charolotte, Port St. Lucie, Palm Bay, Deltona, Spring Hill, Marion Oaks, and Marco Island, just to name a few.

Upon graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1988, Frank went to work with his father developing residential communities in Vero Beach and Lake Placid.  In 1993 while continuing to work,  Frank earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami. In 1994, with his father retiring from the business, Frank, a State Licensed Contractor, began writing his own chapter to the “Mackle Story” with the return to general contracting. Over the past 15 years Frank has successfully completed countless residential and commercial projects in South Florida, continuing a family tradition building off the same values of honesty, hard work, and commitment to quality and client satisfaction, which earned his family's exceptional reputation.
